Hi Dan, I just wanted to send a quick note of thanks for the amazing performance this past Saturday. You and the band exceeded all my expectations! I have worked with a lot of acts in my time, both amateurs and pros. The level of professionalism and flexibility all of the band demonstrated is really exceptional. Bravo! The feedback from all the partygoers was overwhelming positive. “Those guys are really tight”... “They sound great”... “Their catalogue of songs is amazing!” You guys were so accommodating and welcoming with requests, there was an assumption made that I knew the band from my past. I had to tell many people this was my first interaction with March Hare as well! I think you have a few new fans and I won’t hesitate to highly recommend March Hare to anyone looking to hire a band. | Hi Dan, Well, where do I begin. You guys rock!!! Absolutely amazing night, thanks to you four! People are still going on and on about the band and who you were, and where they can see you play, etc. Its crazy, you knew our fear was people wouldn't dance, but that was not an issue at all through the night. You guys had that dance floor absolutely packed all night. I do also really appreciate you allowing my dad to play those two songs with the band. Meant a lot to me, and to him as well. Hi Dan, Just wanted to thank you and the group for a fun evening last night. You have been very professional every step of the way - you guys are a top notch class act! Jenny is a great addition to your group and she fits in well. We enjoyed her enthusiasm and her energy....her Tina Turner, Cher...etc were magnificent! I also appreciate your indulgence of Allan and my cameos with the group....we really had fun with that. You nailed those pieces - would have never thought they had minimal rehearsal time. We would like to book you for our Christmas party next year as well....and next year we will invite our Nanaimo company to join us - they are fun and will party to the bitter end! We couldn't have been more pleased how the night went and I thank you all again for really making this a special event. Dan, Andy, Ian, Jenny. Mr Hare. I apologize for cluttering your e-mail. My name is Tom. I'm the big guy that sat behind Natalie "Natty" at the River Rock celebrating her birthday. Anyhow, I just wanted to say. You and your band have burned in a long lasting joyfull memory for me. It will be one of those moments in life that I'll recall from time to time and will forever put a huge smile on my face. Possibly the most fun and entertaining memory I have to date.  Hi Dan, Andy, and Dave, Just wanted to take a moment to thank you all very much for putting on such a great show for our Christmas Dinner & Dance this past Saturday. You somehow managed to get set up and organized with such little time to do so, and never let us down. I have heard many comments complimenting your obvious musical talent, and the fact that you are all actual musicians. I checked your web site and it was nice to see we were mentioned. I have attached a copy of the survey I am conducting for future reference, and so far you have been given a 5 - "EXCELLENT" rating, and of course, Ben (among others) would like to see you return next year. Rempel has never hired a "live band" at their events. This was a first for them, and a first for me. You all really came thru and did an outstanding job.  November 5, 2003 To Whom It May Concern: I want to express my sincere appreciation for the performance March Hare put on for our Mathematics Conference Delegates on October 24, 2003. Dan Hare met with me briefly before the dance started and I asked him to be cognizant of the age group and the loudness of the music. My expectations were exceeded! What can I say… from the first song the dance floor was full for two-hours. Yes, that is correct, the band did not take a break until after their two hour set was finished. Even then, they only took a twenty-minute break and were right back at it. I was very impressed! We sold 400 tickets and then an additional 75 at the door as the delegates were drawn to the music. What a tremendous success! Numerous inquiries were made throughout the evening and the following day as to who the band was and how I knew of them. They showed Mathematics Teachers a good time! If anyone is planning a social event and you want to show your people a good time, then March Hare is the group to book! Sincerely, |
